P.S.: When I turn off the TLS stuff in the proftpd config file, and uncheck the SSL box and the passive mode box in the FTP Total Commander plugin, using just plain FTP, I can connect just fine.
What settings do I need to adjust to make this work? Total Commander has a built-in FTP/FXP client and it keeps the FTP logins and encrypted passwords in wcxftp.ini configuration file.
